Cripes, so should I really. Been a bit of a silly season month blogging wise (to the extent of buying a new computer *partly* to stir myself into doing some actual blogging again), but Gove provides, as ever, and we certainly need to re-mark* the prediction that academies and free schools were a costly distraction from the entirely known primary school place crunch.
* in much the same way and for much the same reason as Bomber Command’s Pathfinders used to.
